About the Journal

Journal of Sustainable Design and Advanced Architecture (JOSDAA) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal that aims to promote innovative research and critical dialogue across the disciplines of design and spatial planning. The journal focuses on sustainability and advanced design thinking in fields including architecture, interior architecture, industrial product design, graphic design, urban and regional planning, and landscape architecture.

JOSDAA provides a multidisciplinary platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to share original studies, design methodologies, applied projects, and theoretical insights that contribute to a more sustainable and human-centered built environment. The journal encourages submissions that explore intersections between technology, ecology, aesthetics, and cultural context in the design of spaces and products.

Published biannually (June and December), JOSDAA accepts original articles written in Turkish or English, and all manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process to ensure academic integrity and quality.

Committed to open science, JOSDAA makes all articles freely available under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).
